Meet Mary Jo
Mary Jo DiMercurio, is a Registered Corporate Coach and an Intrinsic Coach. She is the Sole Proprietor and Principle Instructor at Side By Side Coaching. She started her business in 2008 with a desire to help others, and coach them, bringing out their BEST THINKING, where clarity, discoveries of the path forward and enthusiasm exist. The Corporate and Intrinsic Coaching helps others think through the discreet barriers and blocks that keep us from reaching desired goals or outcomes. Mary Jo delivers training workshops and individual coaching utilizing tools that are easy to use, understand and get you moving forward. Her clients include those who are looking for a change or growth in their personal life, as well as, leaders, individuals and teams within manufacturing and small business owners.
Mary Jo DiMercurio has 15 years of corporate experience, coaching people and leading projects. In addition to her leadership, she has extensive experience creating, facilitating workshops, delivering seminars & coaching clients. She coaches clients and conducts workshops for career development, communication/ interaction training, understanding change, and team alignment. The essence of her work is to guide clients as they grow personally and/or professionally.
Mary Jo had her first official experience in coaching when global competition impacted the company where she was employed. Change was happening, technology was creating a lesser need for the historical skills of an office administration. The normal state of expectations in the work field was changing and there was a need for survival. Mary Jo had the wonderful blessing of friendship and open dialogue with a visionary coach and mentor during this time of change. Mary Jo was one of the natural leaders in the group who lead the office admins through the change. Mary Jo is still employed at this Fortune 500 Company even though the organization has been downsized five times in a seventeen-year span, and today is given the opportunity to train other coaches.
